Our Policy

We offer full refunds for new, unused merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date if the merchandise was collected immediately after the sale. We also offer full refunds for new, unused merchandise 10 days after a customer receives merchandise if items were produced and shipped to them. 

All eligible returns must be accompanied by a return form, the original invoice and with any original tag(s) attached without any damage. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns that do not meet our policy will be not be accepted.

Please be careful while trying on items as all items must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition.

Return Instructions

To return a product, you must include the original invoice and Return Form in the return package in order to properly receive a refund. Please make note of the Return Tracking Number in order to have proof of the return. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit on the way back to us.
